Nice place for a rest. We only had a drink here, so I cannot give any information about the food. Operation and service (it was probably the boss) was very nice and courteous.

Just unfriendly about the kitchen, I can't say anything because I went straight back.

Ideal location in a beautiful hiking area. Reservation via WhatsApp worked fine. Warm meals throughout, also in the afternoon.

The fries were really bad and there was a hair in the salad and the leaves were partly brown. If the restaurant wasn't in such a good location, the restaurant wouldn't last long .... Answer: That was said about the hair! A little oops came ... In fact, we were really hungry after hiking 19 km. And for the price it was too expensive for us to leave it. It is poor when one is not capable of criticism. Take a look at your pepper shaker. Yeah next time we go somewhere else!

We stopped here after a hike. Outside there are very nice seats. The interior is not that great. The service was very friendly. Price-performance ratio is ok. Unfortunately, cake was over today. The children also liked the sundae. There is a small playground outside which my kids really liked. Scenic location. 100 meters away is a very beautiful viewpoint over the Danube valley.

What a great location Very spacious outdoor area with a great view of Wildenstein Castle and down into the Danube valley from the viewpoint. Delicious food and "a friendly service" ... always happy here

Underground! First we had to force the (undoubtedly overwhelmed) service almost to accommodate our drink request. The drinks themselves came about half an hour later! Then wanted to pay the same, but under "equal" then again 25 minutes estimated. Instead of the Hefeweizen ordered it was alcohol-free, the temporarily canceled mineral water was still brought and charged. In addition, the lighting in the ladies room would have to be repaired, so that the toilet users also recognize where the bowl is. Not to mention the fact with which you should dry your hands ... :(

Have rest here on our hike. The cake was thawed in our opinion. Not really recommended for the price. Other things did not exist at 11:15, because the kitchen is only open at 12 o'clock. For the price you can expect more.

Food is alright, nothing spectacular but fresh made and authentic.

Ideal location at the most beautiful vantage points of the Upper Danube. Also parking in the immediate vicinity. Service very friendly. Unfortunately, the iced coffee had gone out. We'll be back and "test" again. ;)

The hostel with public restaurant is located near the vantage point "Rauher Stein", from where you have a magnificent view of the Danube valley. From the covered terrace you can see on the opposite side of the valley Castle Wildenstein. I enjoyed coffee and cake and was satisfied. Clear recommendation.

very nice to sit on the terrace. Simple but good. Just a hiking home. Good food and coffee as well as cakes. A short walk and you have the best views.
